For my TS2 content
You may include my content in sims/lots  as long as these are 100% free.
You may edit my content for other TS2 creations, with credit to me,  as long as these are 100% free.
You must keep my creations 100% free. No paysites.
You must not claim my creations as your own.
You must ask me for permission before you use my textures for TS3 or any other game.

I love all your items, textures, objetc etc... But I've one single question : Is all your items in this site for Sims 3 ? Or maybe you have Sims 2 items and sims 3 items.
I'm not English and sometimes I have some difficulties to navigate in your awesome site ^^"""
