We use them for our business (I work for an Advertising/Marketing company - hosting our clients and onselling of space etc) and they've always been fantastic, VERY fast and thorough with their support and communication and are incredibly affordable.
If you contact them FIRST and explain your situation I'm sure they'd be really accommodating.
