'oil' edits of Kale's Peggy 05125 hair

Mesh: By Peggy edited by Kale, included.
Ages: All ages female, I think..
Binned: Custom bin. Elders have grey.
Additonal: So Peggy made a mesh, Kale edited the mesh and retextured it, and then I changed bits of the alpha and recoloured it. So I didn't do very much and the majority of the credit deservingly goes to Kale :D
